I am trying to get Pixelpost 1.7.1 installed but am getting an error.

I have done as instructed and downloaded the file and put it in the includes folder but it makes no difference.

I have sent the file to "dwilkinsjr" and tried the suggestion of changing the host 127.0.0.1 to localhost but has made no difference.
please check your host information. If your MySQL is located on a different server than your http docs, you need to enter the correct host name here.
Localhost works only if the database and the files are at the same physical machine. This is the usual setup, but can be different!
which database page? You don't need to be connected to the database to get the input fields for your Database Data (logical, not?)
The error states it out:
Test connection -> Connection failed
Was any Test connection to your database successful until now?
Please check again your database name & login data in your account at your hosting provider or look it up in the mail you might have received after setting up your account.
If you are not sure to have the correct data stored, ask them for support!
If you look at the image I have linked the third tab along at the top is the "database page".
The details I put in here are what I setup in my cpanel mysql page from my hosting site.
No Test Connection has been succesful as this is my first ever install and I can't get past this page.
All of my are hosted on one server at www.cmorephotos.co.uk
I upload my standard site files into the public_html folder and have other files for other things in sub folders.
I have created a subfolder for pixelpost so as to give me an adrees to the blog of http://www.cmorephotos.co.uk/pixelpost/index.php
(I assume I won't need the index.php and it will go straight to that but just listed it for clarity)
I have taken some additional screens of my mySQL pages in hope that it may help.

the login data for connecting your database is wrong.
Ensure you have the right hostname, database name, user name and password!
I have checked what is in the pixelpost.php and it matches with what I put in the database page. If the info was wrong surely I wouldn't have gotten to this page.
I initially had problems with the database page and once I got the settings right it allowed me to continue the installation.
So what info do I need to put in thats different.

Now fully resolved.
It seems that is could have been the use of characters in the password.
