I am 13,
so children's pants/bottoms don't fit me anymore [b/c they are too high] but when I shop in women's the size is too big from the thighs. I want pants like in sizes 1, or 3 but usually they are too big. So the only store i go to is Marshall's or 579. Where else do you think I can go?

the have so many different styles from super skinny to boot cut and bell bottoms and from high waisted to ultra low rise
they sell size 00-15 in short, regular, and long

you just have to look around. :)
Any juniors dept of a decent store should fit you fine...Macys, etc. And if your esp. skinny shop at skate shops where they have an adundance of skinny jeans.

i'd say pacsun. they have jeans smaller than 1's too.
just gain some weight. then u can fit it, i mean u can still be skinny but have a bigger waist. a size 1-3 is tooo small thts y u cant find a size no where. im skinny and about 5'7 and my size is a 6-7 and i look great.
I would try Buckle, truthfully. They tend to have ultra-skinny things like that. And also make sure to check Wal-Mart. It sounds cheesy, but they have nice stuff that sounds almost exactly like what you're looking for.
