Triana Sevilla or Triana Málaga. I would imagine there are many more. If it's Sevilla then perhaps 400€ is on the low side.
There are a lot of sites available if you google. What you need to decide is how long you want to stay. Number of rooms, where is the best location then you can contact direct and make the agents find things quicker. Personally the way i would do it is get a few quotes online then not commit to anything until ive visted. This will give you an "online" idea of pricing but the "local" rates maybe a lot cheaper. Remember agents dont work for free.

Now, if you want to stay in the Centro or Triana, and you want a bedroom, 400€ may be cutting it pretty close. I think you are looking at, realistically, more than 800 a month! You have to understand the economy.
What I found, to buy, on a website (just browsing...couldn't tell you what the site was) was in the outskirts, mostly, and purchase prices were in the neighborhood of around 800,000.
