Personally, I like Infinity On High.
In my opinion they arent that great of a band, but I would have to agree with you, that was right around the time they got use to recording, but before they started to change their style to attract more fans, it was their happy middle

I think Take this to your grave is almost inaudible in times and the later albums are a bit too polished and over produced.
The one that is in the garbage.
By far, I think that "From Under the Cork Tree" is their best album with such songs as:
-Dance, Dance
-A Little Less Sixteen Candles and A Little More "Touch Me"
-7 Minutes In Heaven
-Sophmore Slump or Comeback Of the Year
