Hi.
I am looking for software to be able to capture screen shots
(including mouse). To be able to then add voice to these files. We
have a very sophisticated microsoft access database and I want to
create a tutorial for using it. It seems the easiest would be to
create files that show me doing basic functions with voice and text
added.
Thanks in advance. Looking for an answer ASAP.
Hi,
Was the suggestion useful, do you need a more complete explanation on
how to implement it?
Thanks.

I wanted to capture a process not just a screen shot. Therefore print
screen doesn't work. I have looked at robohelp but it seems much too
complicated for what I want to do. I am looking for a simple
application that accomplishes this.
Thanks!

Dang, beat me to it :) Alt-Print screen captures a page, and the
drawing tools in PowerPoint can help you mark up the image. Plus, yes,
you can use PPT to record your voice in the presentation.
We use RoboDemo, from the same guys that do RoboHelp... Love it.
There's a new version of it called Captivate from Macromedia:

Hi,
Have you thought of using the default screen grab in Windows, then
putting that with some recorded sound clips in a Powerpoint
presentation?
You can indicate action areas by using the very easy Powerpoint drawing tools.
Thanks.
