PC hardware scanning software from a website

Welcome to:enart.hzrn.com

  • I am looking for some software that we can install on our web servers that will scan our visitors PC's and give a hardware report to them. To be used in conjunction with our minimum PC requirements page.

  • Sorry, but that is doing tests for a memory upgrade. We need something for an education website that a student can check their computers hardware to see if it meets the minimum PC requirements for our courses before they register on our site. It needs to show them a list of their current hardware on their PC. Thanks

  • You might like to have a look at CPU-Z. It isn?t a web based checker as such, but students could perhaps be directed to download it and report the results. Version 1.24 is on a recent cover disk and the web site says freeware :- http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php Later versions are on :- http://www.cpuid.com/ But they don?t specify if it?s freeware. There is other stuff on the link too which may be of use. Best
