I'm going to Florida in 3 weeks, and while there, I'm going on a cruise and one of the stops is Cozumel. I am fully aware that Cozumel accepts the US Dollar, however I like to keep it personal when I go to another country, so I'd prefer to use Peso's, like the locals.
Bearing in mind I'm only going to be there for 5-6 hours, how many Peso's do you think I need? I mean I'm not a huge spender, but to buy snacks etc... is it expensive...?
If you could give me a rough guide of how many Peso's I need that'd be great!

let see, if you would like to have lonch in a good restaurant, a nice meal will cost you more less like $250 pesos, per person, that is around $25 dlls,
If you want to eat cheaper like some tacos or somethink like that, that could cost you like 5 or 10 dlls.
So a dollar is like $10.50 pesos.
Whatever you usually spend in dollars in a 5-6 hour stay,
just multiply it by 10, then you will have how many pesos you need.
