Yes, you can buy goats milk and other special dietary products in Mercadona. There are 10 Mercadona supermarkets on the island so there is bound to be one near you.
You can check their website (they have an english version) - to enter you will have to enter a postcode (38003 - Tenerife) and you can see all their products and prices.
